Provide customers with air flow tests based on the size of the finished product to estimate subsequent use results.

In addition to ensuring the quality of our own products, we also hope to help customers use the change of air flow to predict the performance correlation of other functions.

Even in the sample stage, relevant tests will be done first, so that they can be compared after mass production.

The right side is the cross-sectional view of the situation we used when testing the air permeability. It can be seen that the gas flows through the air inlet hole on the side to the opening above the fixture. The opening area under the material to be tested is 1 CM2, which is the test area we use. The flow rate will be different under different pressures, and the standard pressure value we use is 7kPa.
