We follow the test method ASTM D737, and the pressure is 7kPa to test the value of the air flow.
Raw material detection area & unit
The test area is mainly 1cm2, and the unit is ml/min/cm2, or it can be expressed directly by SCCM.
Different finished size test
In order to serve the requirements and area design of different customers, we can also adjust the fixtures to assist customers in testing the finished products after processing.
For the raw materials, we will test with an area of one square centimeter, and the test pressure will be mainly 7kPa. If the customer has other needs, we can make adjustments.
Analysis and testing can be done on the customer's finished products, but the area must be smaller than the test area of the fixture.
