About gas flow units

Understand what different (gas) flow units mean

What are the units of air flow and what are the units of gas flow calculation?

There are many units for calculating gas flow, and the commonly used units are as follows:

1. Nm3/h:Generally used in units that detect emission gases

2. t/h:The industry term is called steamed tons. Refers to how many tons of steam the boiler can produce per hour

3. L/min:Flow unit, liters per minute

4. MPa;Pressure unit

Regarding the flow unit used by Jingya Technology, what does SCCM mean?

 SCCM: (Standard ml/min)

S - standard

CC - ml

M - minute

 SLM:(Standard l/min)

S - standard

L - Liter

M -  minute

What is the difference between sccm and ccm in the units read by a gas mass flow meter?

CCM : Cubic centimeter per minutes-------cm3/min

SCCM: Standard Cubic centimeter per minutes -----cm3/min

The flow of 1cc of CCM per minute as a unit (cm3) is a unit of flow flow, because the volume of the gas will change as the temperature and pressure change. It is more correct to express it with mass flow rate. When the standard conditions (temperature and pressure) are determined when expressing the gas flow rate, and when the volume of the gas is determined based on this standard, S (STANDARD) is added in front of it.
